TIMKEN TRAVEL DAY: Pasadena & Norton Simon Museum

Image for TIMKEN TRAVEL DAY: Pasadena & Norton Simon Museum

Join us for a one-of-a-kind Travel Day that will highlight one of the Timken's favorites - Rembrandt. The day will begin in historic Pasadena where you will be able to explore the city’s charming shops and enjoy lunch on your own at one of the lovely restaurants or outdoor cafés. After lunch, we will head to the Norton Simon Museum to view Rembrandt’s striking Self Portrait at the Age of 34. The painting, which has never been on view in the U.S., is on loan from The National Gallery, London. The installation is accompanied by the exhibition Rembrandt: Prints ‘of a Particular Spirit’ which explores the artist’s graphic output between 1630 and 1640, a period in which his artistic evolution and technical refinement reached new heights.

Ticket includes: Luxury transportation, breakfast, private tours, and dinner with wine for the ride home.
