Join us for our latest Art + Design Workshop: Copperplate Calligraphy.

Copperplate is the most commonly recognized traditional calligraphy script, making it a musthave for every calligrapher. Even if you are a lover of Modern calligraphy, learning Copperplate will help you to develop your own style! Workshop includes paper, calligraphy pens, ink, mimosas and light refreshments.

About Claudia Strenger

Claudia Strenger is originally from Colombia, where she studied Graphic Design. Her studies carried her to live and work in places like Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Eventually ending up in San Francisco, California, where she spent several years working as a graphic designer for Toyota and Apple. While living in SF (in 2010), Claudia took her first calligraphy class with Friends of Calligraphy and absolutely loved it! She was surprised and impressed by the amount of time that it takes to learn, to practice, and to create--truly a labor of love. For as long as she can remember, she has been passionate about all things handmade. By combining her love of handwritten stationery with her experience as a graphic designer, she has created Claudia Strenger - Calligraphy & Stationery.
