Cecilia Larroque

Cecilia Larroque is the Asset and Retail Development Manager for El Florido, a Master Planned Community in southeastern Tijuana. She started her career in Kyocera Mexico as Manager in charge of the capacitor and “gold dotting” production areas. Established a maquiladora in Tijuana for Seacon, an underwater connector company based in El Cajon. In 1992, Cecilia started an olive oil extraction plant exporting its production to the US market. She earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from UCSD and MBA in Cetys Tijuana. She has been affiliated with the Timken for many years, as a bilingual docent and is an expert on the Timken collection. Cecilia has been a board member since 2013 and is currently the chair of the Timken’s Collections Committee. She lives in Coronado Cays with her husband, Pepe Larroque, Managing Partner for Baker McKenzie’s Mexican offices.
