Paul Hering
Vice Chairman

Paul Hering is Vice Chairman for Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (NMA) and has been with the firm since 1985 and the West region's CEO from 2003 to 2018. Paul is dedicated to making a difference in our communities and is actively involved in a number of civic organizations. Paul serves as the Board Chair at Rady Children's Hospital and is on the Board of Directors for Rady Children's Hospital and Foundation, Rady Children's Institute for Genomic Medicine, University of California, and UCLA Chancellor's Associates. Paul was previously President of the San Diego Bowl Game Association which produces the annual Holiday Bowl. Currently, Paul serves as President of the Barney & Barney Foundation.
